- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) since 1994 with strong tax and financial accountability experience, both for individuals as well as small businesses in the Parry Sound area and the GTA
- Township of Seguin municipal Councillor, 2018 to 2022, before moving to the Township of Carling
- Initial Co-Chair of the Integrated Community Energy & Climate Action Plans (ICECAP), of which the Township of Carling is a member
- Significant Not for Profit Board experience, including the Long Branch Neighbourhood Association, Treasurer 2025 to current, the Muskoka Watershed Council, Treasurer, 2021 to 2024, the West Carling Association, Co-president 2022 to 2023, and the Otter Lake Ratepayers' Association, Treasurer 2014 to 2018 and Membership Director 2017 to 2018
- Township of Seguin Township Finance Committee member appointed in 2014, which involves reviewing and providing input on the Township's long-term financial goals and strategy, reviewing and providing input and recommendations on the Township's annual budget and actual financial results, working with the Township's Chief Financial Officer, Mayor and Councillors during each fiscal year
- The Federation of Ontario Cottagers’ Associations (FOCA) Board of Director 2017/appointed Vice-President in May 2018 and appointed Treasurer (and became its Finance Committee Chair) from 2019 to 2023. FOCA encourages and empowers positive environmental stewardship, promotes and provides leadership for sound public policy and aligns with other key partners that support like goals and objectives
